Website systems may also process technical information generated when you use the website, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, access time and data needed for website operation, security and spam prevention.
3. Why we use information
We may use the information you provide to:

- Document the handling of your enquiry and improve our service.

4. Technology services and providers
The website operates on WordPress.com and uses Jetpack components. Enquiries submitted through website forms are sent to info@max-ins.biz, which is managed through Google Workspace. Depending on the service settings, enquiries may also be stored within the website systems.
For spam filtering and security, services such as Akismet may process technical data associated with an enquiry. Technology providers may process information outside Israel in accordance with their terms, privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.
Access to information is intended to be limited to people and service providers who need it to respond to an enquiry, operate the website or provide email, security and maintenance services.
5. Cookies and usage data
The website may use cookies and similar technologies needed for website operation, security, remembering preferences, spam prevention and basic statistics, depending on the services actually enabled.
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect some website functions.
Clicking a WhatsApp, email or other external-service link may take you to a third-party service. Your use of that service is also subject to the third party's privacy policy and terms.
6. How long we keep information
Initial enquiries that do not develop into a client relationship may be retained for up to six months from the last meaningful interaction, for handling the enquiry, follow-up and service continuity. After that period, the information may be reviewed for deletion or reduction, unless there is a business reason or legal obligation to retain it for longer.
Client information, insurance documents, pension information, professional records and documents that must be retained by law may be kept for longer periods, depending on the nature of the service and applicable obligations.
7. Information security
We take reasonable measures to reduce risks to information, including limiting access, using protected accounts and relying on established storage and email services. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may contact us to request access to personal information we hold about you and, where appropriate, request correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date.
You may also ask us to stop contacting you or ask us to consider deleting information, subject to applicable retention duties and other legal rights. To protect your privacy, we may request reasonable information to verify your identity before providing information or making a change.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when our services, technologies, providers or legal requirements change. The latest update date will appear at the beginning of this page.
